About me
Who I am
My name is Natalia Mayrock. I'm a coach, trainer, and an expat in Prague for many years.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in industry: as a trainer, consultant, innovation manager, strategist, and entrepreneur. I led projects, built teams, advised companies. From the outside, my path looked successful.
But at some point I realised: success alone doesn't fill the void. Despite all the goals I'd reached, I often felt lost, as if there was no right place for me, neither in the job market nor in self-employment.
Why coaching
When I completed my ICF PCC coaching certification, something fundamental shifted in me: I understood that clarity and fulfilment come from the connection to what truly lives within us.
And I recognised that I can hold exactly this kind of space for others. A space where people can sort through their thoughts, hear their own voice again, and find the courage to align their life accordingly.
Today I work with people going through similar experiences: career transitions, finding a new direction abroad, the feeling of being stuck even though everything looks fine on the outside.
My approach
I don't give you a ready-made path. I accompany you in finding your own.
Presence
I hear what you say, and I perceive what happens between the words. Full attention, no beating around the bush.
Eye level
You can be exactly who you are here. No expert for your life, just a conversation where your own answers become audible.
Metaphor
Metaphor opens the space where you can see what is real. It is the tool that reaches deeper than the mind.
I coach in German, English, and Russian, in whichever language allows you to express yourself most honestly. Because the language we think in makes a difference.
